EnSueños is an initiative of self-discovery and inner exploration, working with altered states of consciousness and with the wisdom that lies beyond the intellectual and rational plane of being.
EnSueños, as an alternative exploration program, seeks to restore the good practices of working with the unconscious and create playing spaces that allow people to listen to the wisdom that inhabits them and learn a new language for self-knowledge. We will explore using tools such as: conscious dreaming, the body intelligence of yoga, dance, martial arts and conscious movement. Expression through art therapy and spontaneous creation, music and trance states, meditation and silence, master plants, shamanism, and connection with nature.

ENSUEÑOS Retreat is a space created under these foundations and that for the first time brings together some of these tools in an ideal context to lower the volume of the rational mind and to clearly listen to the voice of our inner guide. With the sincere intention of exploring, letting go, opening, unblocking, and enjoying, we invite you to be part of this adventure as we draw together on the canvas of this space/time.

Within each person there is a deep and unknown place, a forgotten space where we keep our most valuable secrets. This place cannot be entered equipped with the tools of the rational mind because it is a territory that has its own language, the language of intuition, magic and mystery. There are many who have dared to open this door armed with courage, the desire to explore and play, finding there much of the wisdom now considered forgotten.
You have always carried the key to the door with you, but... Do you dare to discover what lies beyond?
EnSueños retreat is designed for each person to acquire the necessary tools to begin a dialogue with their inner self. Together we create a space to meet and reconcile with all parts of our being, discovering the 'art of being whole' and thus recovering our power of creation from a more authentic, simple, and sincere place.
Working with these altered states of consciousness requires subtlety and trust. Subtlety is an underestimated tool of great impact and depth. Constant, patient and conscious work leads to a deeper integration of the practices and tools. The intention is that in the end each person incorporates and appropriates these practices to bring magic and wisdom into daily life.
Day by day and deepening in the concept of habit (what we do recurrently and naturally) we will participate in dream circles, yoga sessions and guided meditations, rituals of payment and connection with the elements, lucid walks in the mountains, as well as art therapy exercises and spontaneous creation. The work has to be accompanied and nourished by a conscious diet, as well as a balance between silence and socializing, rest and activity.
The whole process will culminate with a journey by the hand of the power plant Huachuma, or San Pedro cactus, a gentle and wise Master used for hundreds of years in the Andean tradition. Huachuma means in Quechua "absence of head or flying head" regarding its ability to make us see beyond the ego. The Huachuma cactus helps to connect with the present moment, clears our vision and brings us to a clear perception like that of a child enjoying things for the first time. Under its guidance we will discover the Inca Huchuy Qosqo area in a pilgrimage that will integrate and reinforce all that we have learned during our time together. Stephano Gutierrez will be in charge of guiding the ceremony, one of the most important representatives of the Andean cosmovision and the work with sacred plants in the region.

The magical Sacred Valley of the Incas
ENSUEÑOS will take place during 5 days and 4 nights in an intimate and familiar environment. For this occasion, we have chosen a house in the middle of the mountains. When we dream of the house, we are actually dreaming of our own being: with a facade that we show to the outside, intimate and secret spaces, rooms in which we share ourselves with others, nooks and crannies that we discover, basements that we are afraid to go down or new rooms to be unveiled.
The ideal place to explore your inner world, the house is located a few minutes from the center of Pisac, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. A place full of mystery and magic, from its mountains and landscapes finely carved and covered with impressive vegetation, through the ruins of temples and passages full of meaning and wisdom for the Incas. Decorated with the simplicity and beauty of the quiet life of the countryside, its roads and picturesque houses, colorful and abundant markets, its people of sincere eyes and peace sighed and inhaled in every corner.

There are people who enjoy traveling and exploring new territories, who seek to connect with nature and who need to distance themselves from the city to find peace, balance and mental clarity; while others prefer to travel inward, who want to discover the inner world, who enjoy silence, meditation and contemplation.

The house is located in the heart of the Sacred Valley, wedged by the imposing mountains of the region and embraced by the Vilcanota River, just a few minutes from Pisac, one of the most picturesque and outstanding towns of the Sacred Valley,
The house is completely independent, has large, bright and comfortable rooms with stunning views of the mountains, also has different areas for relaxation and socializing, plus a Yoga Shala for group practices, an outdoor pool, several gardens and a campfire area. An intimate and safe space in the middle of nature.
You will have the possibility to stay in private rooms for 1 person or couples, and shared rooms for 2 people with separate beds. Lodging includes full board, all activities, workshops, ceremonies and materials needed during the 5 days.

Along the way we have discovered that being facilitators is not about controlling the experience or imposing a way of seeing things, for us it is about holding a space, creating a harmonious context where each person can explore at their own pace in a safe and fun way.

Stephano works with plant medicines, especially Wuachuma, Wilca, and DMT. He has a profound knowledge of Andean Cosmovision and its on a mission to revive and share the ancestral wisdom
